ACCOUNT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Company’s products, solutions and services
  • Develop and manage sales territories, e.g. direct accounts, business partners, partner accounts
  • Develop sales strategies that, among other things, set a pricing approach for products and services, resulting in the optimal combination of market share and profit in the long run
  • Interact with customers in order to determine and meet their needs as dictated by industry practice and the highest standards of professionalism
  • Develop a deep relationship with our customers wherein NEC is recognized for its efficiency and cooperation

PMO PROJECT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with customers and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Customize Dynamics AX using .NET, X++
  • Complete design and development of modifications and extensions to Dynamics AX;

  • Optimize deployment of customizations through maintaining Dynamics AX Package;
  • Conduct troubleshooting of software issues;

Maintenance Support Operations Delivery Lead

Key Tasks:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Lead NEC-CARE Team from Product Delivery and other NEC internal support function to ensure effectiveness and appropriate engagement with customer.
  • Manage the NEC-CARE Helpdesk Team directly ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
  • Organize and lead regular NEC-CARE Support meetings and present status report and progress to the customer in a scheduled cadence.

Services Business Management:

  • Ensure the expansion and continuation/renewal of NEC-CARE’s Technical Services Agreement.
  • Help identify and develop new business and upselling opportunities by understanding the customer needs.
  • Participate in new tender activity/unsolicited maintenance proposals ensuring that Technical Support resources and margins are appropriately planned and executed.
  • Develop long and short term financial and action plan; establish Support Services’ specific objectives for the country and manage reporting as well as control customer invoicing.
  • Work with internal Procurement Team to prepare Subcontractors’ SOW and recommended costs.

Operational Management:

  • Execute Technical Services Agreement and other contractual requirements related to NEC-CARES, managing Customer expectations and internal operational and financial risks.
  • Oversee all NEC-CARES operations, establish operating practices and review ongoing operations.
  • Ensure accurate Support demand figures for Product Delivery Leads’ demand planning/staffing.
  • Monitor how NEC meets the service level agreements agreed with customer as well as act upon the results.
  • Ensure optimum level of spare parts are available to support customer’s support contract/SLA.
  • Manage subcontractors, contractors and 3rd parties’ contracts/SLA with Procurement, whenever applicable.
  • Execute regular internal reporting – SLA achievement, spare parts movement, and others as required.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other equivalent related courses.
  • 10+ years of related experience; at least 5 years in a technical or functional lead role.
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships
