NECare Center, NEC’s x`w24X7 support center, not only provides after sales and warranty support, but also offers other services like IT integration, project management and other IT- and networking-related services.

Urgent Requirements


Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Sell the Company’s products, solutions and services
    • Develop and manage sales territories, e.g. direct accounts, business partners, partner accounts
    • Develop sales strategies that, among other things, set a pricing approach for products and services, resulting in the optimal combination of market share and profit in the long run
    • Interact with customers in order to determine and meet their needs as dictated by industry practice and the highest standards of professionalism
    • Develop a deep relationship with our customers wherein NEC is recognized for its efficiency and cooperation
    • Establish reliable contacts, networks and partnerships
    • Conduct client visits and product presentation
    • Create periodic sales forecasts to communicate anticipated revenue to the organization in order to meet demands and manage resources effectively
    • Maintain regular communications with prospective and existing customers in order to promote new products
    • Protect and adequately utilize all of the company’s assets towards the effective conduct of company business.
    • Foster productive business relationships with local and regional NEC staff, suppliers, business partners, customers and other business contacts towards ensuring the effective conduct of the company's business.
    • Conduct business in accordance with legal, professional and ethical practices and adhere to company policies and practices.
    • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Aero/BC/Server team strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing. Oversee the long-range planning process and new business programs, if any.

  • Create and implement a sustainable and measurable business development plan for the company, to include channel recruitment, management and enablement, assessment of and penetration strategy for new and non-traditional markets, protection strategy for existing installed base, changes in the current go-to-market model (if necessary), competitor analysis, etc.

  • Learn enough of NEC’s solutions and services to be able to provide back-up support for sales and Enterprise Technical Services in the area of configuration, pricing and contract preparation
  • Devise and implement a survey that can measure customer and partner satisfaction.

  • Responsible for both product planning and product marketing for assigned product/solutions and services. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also includes ensuring the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • In charge of defining the product strategy and roadmap, work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, develop the core positioning and messaging for the product, perform product demos to customers, set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, deliver a monthly revenue forecast, develop sales tools and collateral, propose an overall budget to ensure success, brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings, brief press and analysts and go on press tours.

  • To conduct business In accordance with legal, professional and ethical practices and adhere to company policies and practices
  • Protect and adequately utilize all of the company’s assets towards the effective conduct of company business.

  • Foster productive business relationships with local and regional NEC staff, suppliers, business partners, customers and other business contacts towards ensuring the effective conduct of the company’s business.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-sales/technical sales function for Cyber Security in line with sales and business development directives.

  • Conduct technical presentations to clients

  • Create technical proposal and configurations

  • Once project is closed, hand-over project implementation details to post-sales team for implementation

  • Consult with clients in creating solutions that match customer needs.


  • Bachelor’s degree of an Engineering or Computer-related course

  • 5 year experience in pre-sales/technical sales for Cyber Security products/solutions

  • Working knowledge with existing Cyber Security solutions in the market

  • Information Security certifications for CompTIA Security +, GIAC, CEH, CISSP, CISM, preferred but not required.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project cycle

  • To prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conduct, proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary

  • To propose the technical solution and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirement

  • Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solution exist.

  • Highlight the positive impact of the solutions and how it can achieve customer’s business goals

  • Manager customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues

  • Actively participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts

  • Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements

  • Improve information usefulness by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements


  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience

  • At least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture. Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building

  • Ability to map and configure clients’ business requirements into Dynamics AX –Hands-on experience in key Dynamics AX modules such as Finance, Trade and Logistics and Retail

  • Certifications in SCM and Financial modules, additional certificate is a plus

  • Experience in leading large group meetings / information gathering sessions with senior-level executives and excellent written and oral communication skills


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working on a full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX solutions

  • Functional and technical requirement gathering and documentation

  • Travelling to client sites whenever needed

  • Implementation and deployment of AX modules and customizations

  • Project scoping and estimation

  • Fit-Gap analysis

  • Post-live training and support

  • Customizing Dynamics AX solution through x++ and MorphX

  • Quality assurance and testing


  • 6-8 years in Dynamics AX ERP design and implementation

  • Dynamics AX security system set-up and administration

  • Experience in Data Migration is a plus

  • MSSQL server, SSRS is a plus
  • Technical solution description and documentation
  • Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integration and testing

  • Certification in AX programming is a plus

  • Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner
